Deep Dive into Your Health
Once you decide to work with us, we'll do a deep dive into your health history and eating and exercise habits.
I'm Deb Kaster, a licensed massage therapist, and a NAMS Certified Nutrition Coach. When I was 28, I started competing in the World Natural Body Building Federation (WNBF) which led me to discover a passion for nutrition and goalsetting.
By the time I retired at age 48, I was ready to share what I had learned over the years with others, became a certified nutrition consultant, and decided to open ProNutrition.
Today, I still practice massage therapy while also helping people in the Green Bay area and beyond learn about nutrition and how what they put into their bodies can help or hinder their health goals. I believe in the metabolic science approach because it is safe and healthy for you. You won't starve or feel like you're missing out on anything. You won't harm your body through fad dieting that doesn't work long-term. You’ll develop a new relationship with food and your body and you'll be all the better for it!
My mission is to impact my clients' lives physically, mentally, and emotionally by helping them to change their lifestyles! I believe each day provides us with great opportunity to be better than yesterday and I hope I can inspire you to achieve your goals and always reach for more.
